Note on Weight Limits:

Our standard volume pricing includes disposal fees for up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of material. Loads exceeding 1 ton are prorated at an additional $85 per ton.

Labor and lifting:

Standard labor is included in your volume-based quote. For manpower-only requests or hauling items across large areas, we bill at $75 per man per hour.

Specialty Service Rates

Beyond standard junk removal, we have flat rates for our specific recurring services.

Weekly Trash & Barrel Overflow:
Starts at $50 per week (per barrel equivalent).

Bed Load / Heavy Material:
For dense materials like concrete, dirt, or tile, pricing is custom based on weight limits. Please call for a quote.

Please note that jobs requiring unusually long carrying distances, stair or elevator access, or difficult entry may incur additional labor charges. We will always identify and discuss these with you prior to starting any work.
